About the Attorney

Homer Inman “Mac” McMillan II, Esq.,M.Min, J.D. is the founder of McMillan Law, a general practice law firm which meets the needs of clients primarily in family law. Mac serves clients who need assistance in, civil rights, small business, personal injury, and non-governmental organizational law matters.  He has trial experience and is admitted to practice law in Florida. In addition to his private practice, Mac has served as an Assistant Regional Counsel, Office of Civil and Criminal Conflict Counsel for the State of Florida where he represented indigent clients in the context of criminal County and Circuit courts with litigation experience (multiple trials, felony, and misdemeanor). 

Mac is the author of “Are the Children Free? The Human, Religious and Legal Consequences of Religious Tax Protests.”
